eMDee Clinica is closed as of July 5, 2013.  Our patients will be greatly missed.

Dr. Uzoma Obuekwe at Grace Family Medicine Clinic has taken over Dr. Harman's practice.  Her office will be open August 1, 2013.  All patient records will be transferred to her new office at 300 Moore Street, Suite A, Bristol, Virginia  24201.  Her phone number is 276-644-4433.  www.gracefamilyclinic.com

Dr. Debra Harman will be available at MedExpress on State Street, Bristol, TN, near KMart, along with other doctors, to care for urgent medical problems.  MedExpress can provide a list of primary care providers to choose from in the area when you come in for medical care there.  Information about MedExpress can be found on the MedExpress website.

We understand that going to the doctor can be a pretty intimidating experience, even for patients much older than our patient here.  Because of that, we want to explain what to expect, even give you the ability to send in all your registration papers well ahead of your first visit, so we'll know all about you even before your new doctor walks into the room to see you.  It is helpful to have your old medical records right in your chart on your first visit, so our doctor can make that first visit most productive.  You can download/send/print all the forms you need to establish as a new patient directly from our website.  Once you send us the signed release  form(s) for your old medical records from all previous doctors that you have seen, we can then request your records.  You should have one release form for each clinic that will be sending us records.  Alternatively, you can directly request from your previous doctors that your medical records be sent to us.  We participate in secure electronic medical records transmission and would be happy to receive your records in this format.
